PRE-LAUNCH Phase 1: December 2024 to early 2025 COMPLETED

· Identify, meet and share with people the vision and heart we have for starting Restore Church, and gain support spiritually, and financially. Continue to raise funds to support the move to California and one year’s wages so we have the time needed to recruit a team, find a meeting location, train our team, build relationships within the community, and start our first weekend services within 1 year of arriving. (DONE)

· Obtain 501c3 non-profit status for tax deductible giving. (IN PROGRESS)

· Organize the move to California. (DONE)

PRE-LAUNCH Phase 2: 1st Quarter 2025 COMPLETED

· Move to California, and get the family settled. (DONE)

· Begin to meet with contacts and people of influence to share our heart and build partnerships. (ONGOING)

· Build relationships with local community leaders. (ONGOING)

· Build up a weekly prayer team. (DONE - always adding more)

PRE-LAUNCH Phase 3: 2nd– 3rd Quarter 2025 >>CURRENTLY HERE

· Identify and recruit a Launch Team through one on one meetings and/or small gatherings. (ONGOING)

· Invite people to commit to either;

     1. Pray

     2. Financially support

     3. Go with us

· Start to meet regularly with the Launch Team of people who want to plant with us. Pray, share the vision, and teach about how to be a disciple maker, and train for launching. (STARTED)

PRE-LAUNCH Phase 4 – 4th Quarter 2025

· Identify those who have leadership gifts who will stay on after we launch and fulfill different leadership roles. Train and empower those leaders in their gifting.

· Logistical planning for starting services and gatherings, ie. identifying more specific roles people will fulfill such as ushering, any equipment needed, worship team etc. As a team think creatively about how we can “do church.”

· Develop and implement a marketing plan for promoting the church and the start of services.

· Promote and host social gatherings designed to build relationships, make connections, and invite people to attend the church.
