The Launch Team is the scaffolding of the church. Before a building is fully complete, scaffolding holds everything in place—it supports, stabilizes, and makes growth possible. In the same way, the Launch Team helps create a strong, healthy foundation as Restore Church begins.

You don't need to have everything figured out or be a “perfect” church person (hint: there's no such thing!). It’s about being willing to show up, love people, and help build something for The Lord. 

Who the Launch Team Is For

We are looking for people who:

• Have heard our vision and heart for Restore Church and feel like it resonates with them
• Are willing to commit to Sunday mornings at 10am consistently, even when it’s inconvenient 
• Are open to serving in some capacity, knowing that everyone’s time, energy, and season of life looks different!

Being part of the Launch Team Means

• Showing up early on — helping us create a welcoming, warm, friendly and safe environment
• Being a friendly face for people who may be walking into a church space for the first time (or the first time in a long time)
• Helping set the culture of Restore Church — kindness, humility, honesty, and grace
• Understanding that the early days won’t be perfect… and choosing to be part of it anyway

A Season, Not a Lifetime Contract

Joining the Launch Team is a seasonal commitment, not a forever one. We are simply asking you to prayerfully consider whether this next season might be one where you help build the foundation of something new. Churches don’t start with programs or polished services — they start with people. People who believe in the mission. People who show up. People who choose to build together. If Restore Church feels like something you want to be part of — not just attend, but help shape — we would love to have you on the team!
